You have taken the steps to create a healthy mind, heart, and spirit for yourself and are likely looking to continue that expansion. There are dozens of ‘proven strategies’ in the personal development world, but they often fail to consider the cause of an issue. We are going inward to address the root of your core wounds and help create lasting transformation; that’s what I am here for.

My coaching style is uniquely tailored to you, grounded in my belief that God/the Universe is longing to create through you and me.

After intensively studying the human experience in myself, friends, and clients, my belief is your life can be filled with play, curiosity, and creation. Most of the blocks we encounter are ones that we impose upon ourselves, leaving us feeling stuck and frustrated without any clear direction.

I have rewritten this portion of my website at least a dozen times, and honestly, it might take me a dozen more. As I sit here with a cigar in hand trying to come up with all of the “right things to say,” I am realizing that my desire to be seen is blocking the infinitely more amazing content that wants to come through me. That awareness excites the hell out of me because now I am creating from a place I haven’t been before: as someone free from the need to be seen and understood.

That’s my promise: I am doing the work right there with you, not as a superior, but as someone obsessed with uncovering hidden areas of myself and others. There’s nothing that energizes me more than helping people connect to themselves on a deeper level, allowing space for authentic healing to occur.
